Return Policy:

  1. All Returns require authorization.  Please contact us at 1-800-237-8253.
  2. No returns on items purchased with discount coupons, or on batteries, cables, paint and personalized items such as stamped caps.
  3. Returns of non-wood related products must be shipped within 7 calendar days from time of receipt in original, unopened condition.
  4. Returns for wood stakes, rebar, or concrete monuments must be made within 3 months of purchase.
  5. Returns must be shipped in original condition they were sent with invoice and packaging intact.  No refunds will be issued for items used or tampered with.
  6. Astro Wood Stake retains the right not to refund the price of an item if we deem the item is not resellable or circumstances don't warrant a return.  In such cases you may pay shipping charges to reship that item to you.
  7. There are no refunds on freight and handling charges.
  8. All returns require freight prepaid by customers.
  9. All returns will incur a 15% restocking fee, with the exception of a mistake on Astro Wood Stake's behalf.
